Kite's Disaster Remediation Services is a division of Kite's Custom Cleaners, one of the best-known dry cleaning, laundry, and interiors organization in Tarrant County. Kite's DRS has provided garment and household restoration services for nearly 40 years. Kite's DRS has the experience and the capability to immediately handle any size residence or commercial property.

SERVICES WE PROVIDE

• Remediation and restoration of:

• Clothing of all types
• Household items such as linens and draperies
• Wardrobe accessories like shoes, purses, belts, and hats
• Other fabric or textile pieces

• Pick up at the insured's belongings
• Inventory or initial sorting on premises or at the Kite's warehouse and storage facility
• Careful compliance with adjusters' and insureds' instructions
• Thorough estimating and order approval process, including complete listing of the completed inventory
• Liaison with adjusters and insureds
• Safe, considerate isolation and return of items not restorable
• "Urgent Needs" category services, with 48-hour rush capability
• Delivery of all items to insured
• Short or long term storage (Kite's has over 12,000 square feet of secure storage space)
• No additional storage fees if added time needed before delivery after restoration and accumulated storage charges paid in full
• "Need It Now" service, an as needed ability to select and pick up items anytime while in storage

1. All fire orders are treated with ozone before cleaning to remove smoke odor.
2. Deodorizing agents are added into the cleaning process to remove any lingering smoke or moldy odors.
3. After deodorizing, garments are prespotted and cleaned to Kite's highest quality standards.
4. All garments are hand finished to achieve that like new appearance.
5. All garments are inspected at every stage for initial and remaining discolorization or odors. Should some be unable to be removed, the items are set aside and will not be included in the final invoice.
